Yes, we're back for another week with great Celtic and Folk music. There was a bumper crop of Folk-related dramas and documentaries on the BBC IPlayer this week, so I'll be discussing those and playing all our usual features. So, join me tonight at 8:00 PM Eastern, or check out the replay on Friday at 4:00 AM Eastern, 9:00 AM in the UK and Ireland. There's also an archive of past shows available at http://www.mushroomfm.com/sarahillis. Tune in and enjoy!

Join me for The Early Years where you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
We've all done something foolish in our lives, right friends? This week, I'm continuing my celebration of that fact with classic "fool" songs about the many ways that we might be foolish, fooled or fools.

Greetings fellow music travelers. With sincere apologies, there will be no journey through The Depths this week. I am dealing with a painful medical condition that has temporarily put me on the musical sidelines. I have some big plans for upcoming shows, so please stick with me, and I will be back soon.

Ah yesh, it sheemsh like only yeshterday. There were big countdowns, events across the world at midnight, all for the launch of Microsoft’s Windows 95. Of course, nowadays, you get a new version of Windows every six months and you wait for it to turn up one day and hope you still have your documents.

August 21 is an auspicious day! Not only is it Bonnie Mosen's birthday, but it is also the third anniversary of the first episode of Mushroom Fm's premier Celtic music show, Come by the Hills! So, this Sunday, we'll be reflecting and remembering, playing music that got me interested in the Celtic sound in the first place (almost 25 years ago now), and generally having an awesome time!

Greetings fellow music travelers.
Tonight is really all about kicking back, stretching out, and letting the music take us away. I've got four solid hours of deep classic rock, blues, jazz, soul, funk, psychedelia, and even a little Latin flavor ready to tantalize your eardrums.
Our auditory excursion begins promptly at 11:00 PM Eastern; right after The Snowman. You can hear it again on Wednesday at 4:00 PM Eastern.
