Yes, Sara Hillis here once again to give you a wee taste of what's coming up on this week's episode of Mushroom FM's premier Folk and Celtic music show! First, we will be broadcasting from the shiny new server, which at this time last week was barely a gleam in the management's eye! (Well, it might have been at least a glimmer.) Also, we'll be playing a few songs in our first hour by a listener-recommended group from England called The Young'uns. We'll hear a sea shanty from tom Lewis, a song about maple syrup (at least tangentially,) and we'll fulfill some requests.

The doo-wops are playing and the harmony is swinging on the Doo-wop Corner, Sunday from 6: to 8: PM ET and Thursday mornings from 7: Am to 9: am ET.

So What's Going On, Anyway?
As Jonathan explained in a previous blog entry, Mushroom FM has switched to a new streaming service. This offers several behind-the-scene benefits to us here at the station, and necessitated some changes to be made. On Friday, Mushroom Escape followed suit and cut over to the new service as well.

Affter you've enjoyed Mosen At Large, Mushroom FM's premier opinion show, tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00, during which I hope all your questions get answered and all your opinions get heard, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac or smart speaker and join me in The Early Years where and when you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.

We're delighted to let you know that following recent changes we've made, Mushroom FM is back on Apple Music everywhere except the UK. This means that once again, on Siri-enabled devices you can simply say "Play Mushroom FM", and Apple Music will stream it for you.

Sadly, the UK is an exception. This is because Apple Music has licensed TuneIn to offer third-party streams, and legal action has required TuneIn to block all streams outside the UK for UK listeners.

For the rest of the world, we hope you're as pleased to have us back on Apple Music as we are to be back there.
