After you've been educated and entertained by The Mosen Explosion, don't touch that dial and join me for The Early Years where you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
Lots of nods to other decades and genres this week as I celebrate the arrival of Autumn with season appropriate songs. The Autumnal Equinox occurs at 03:50 AM Monday morning (Sept. 23) in the Northern Hemisphere. I presented this theme for the first time last year but this is not a replay of that show.

We will of course be finding out how you’re getting on with iOS 13, and looking ahead to Amazon’s big announcements in the coming week.

This week, the “Juke In The Back” spotlights the “Prince of Primitive Cool,” Rosco Gordon. His mostly self-penned tunes, feature his unique blend of mid-tempo shuffle with a slightly behind-the-beat rolling barrelhouse piano line.
