As a confirmed geek from way back, I love reading the latest tech news. In January 2018, I decided to start a daily Internet radio show on Mushroom FM called The Daily Fibre. It blends the latest tech news with a great mix of music from the 50s through the 80s.
It's been very popular, but there's been one frequent request. "Can you please make this available as a podcast?”

The Daily Fibre is Mushroom FM's technology magazine show. Heard every week day at 3 AM US Eastern time, then again at 3 PM Eastern, The Daily Fibre brings you the latest technology news, with some of the greatest musical memories thrown in the mix as well.
Monday's edition of the Daily Fibre is another special. Microsoft is beginning the release of the Windows 10 April 2018 Update. Since this is the operating system that powers most of the world's desktops and laptops, it's a big deal, and it's the only story we're covering on this edition of the show.

In 1983, Ringo Starr produced a series of radio shows in which he talked about his life in The Beatles, and played plenty of Beatles music. Now, Mushroom FM is bringing that show back.
Join Ringo Starr for Ringo's Yellow Submarine, in which he provides us with a first-hand account of what it was like to be a part of the best rock band in history.

The Mosen explosion is back for yet another week. Four hours of live, fun, interactive radio with plenty of friendly chat and some music of utter epicness.
The show will go out on Earth Day, however, we want to reassure our many listeners on other planets that we do not intend to be exclusionary, and that even though we may mention Earth Day from time-to-time, we value listeners from no matter where in the universe, or other universes, or dimensions our minds are not yet aware of that they may be listening.

Every week day at 3 AM and then repeated at 3 Pm Eastern time, The Daily Fibre brings you the latest tech news, and some of the greatest musical memories. It’s the perfect blend to keep you on the cutting edge while also enjoying some of the best music ever created.
Due to time constraints, I can’t always post what’s coming up on the show, but you can hear it, regular as clockwork every week day.

I did it! I finally souping well did it! After weeks, well, really, years of reading about Facebook’s outrageous behaviour, I finally took the plunge and deleted my account.
It feels utterly epic, and I’m celebrating on this week’s Mosen Explosion with songs about freedom, liberation and taking a stand. Your requests are of course very welcome.
It’s Julian Lennon’s 55th birthday today, so we’ll play a couple of groovy tracks from him.
Bonnie’s here with her bulletin, and of course there’s always plenty of room for your interaction via your tweets, emails and calls.

It’s been four and a bit years since I’ve done a fully live remote broadcast of The Mosen Explosion, and I’m breaking the drought by coming to you from beautiful Queenstown in the South Island of New Zealand.

The time zone madness continues this week, as UK and Europe listeners go forward for daylight saving, meaning that the Mosen Explosion is back on at the usual time of 7 PM UK. New Zealanders, your time comes next week for more crazy time craziness.
30 hours of flying in one week, not including stopover times, is a good recipe for feeling zonked! Zonked I tell you! Nevertheless, we bravely soldier on with another Mosen Explosion, back home from the CSUN conference.

On Thursday's edition, how did Apple get Siri so badly wrong? After a huge head start in the voice assistant space, Apple has squandered its lead to the extent that many consider it is way behind its competitors. A new, in-depth article talks with former Apple employees who explain why it all went so badly.
