Yes, it's time once again for another three hours of great Celtic music on Mushroom FM! This week, there's a brand new version of a very special (to me at least) song I wrote some years ago in "Me Music," another new song from Loreena McKennitt's upcoming album which is due out on May 11, some classic folk song-related comedy from Anna Russell instead of "Celtic Covers," and even a salute to ANZAC Day which happened on April 25.

Join me in The Early Years where you'll enjoy the best variety of music from the 50s and 60s including music from before the rock era which is generally accepted as starting in 1955.
This week, it's the penultimate part of the countdown of the greatest songs of the 50s and 60s according to Rolling Stone Magazine. I have 43 songs to play and I'll start at #53 and continue to #25, leaving 21 songs for next week.
This week will mark the 102nd anniversary of the Easter rising in ireland, so we'll be saluting that this week instead of our usual "Celtic Covers" segment, and almost unconsciouslly, I seem to have planned a few songs in honour of Earth Day! We do have our other regular features, we also have a request to fulfill, and of course we have our usual three hours of great Celtic music!

The Mosen explosion is back for yet another week. Four hours of live, fun, interactive radio with plenty of friendly chat and some music of utter epicness.
The show will go out on Earth Day, however, we want to reassure our many listeners on other planets that we do not intend to be exclusionary, and that even though we may mention Earth Day from time-to-time, we value listeners from no matter where in the universe, or other universes, or dimensions our minds are not yet aware of that they may be listening.

On Friday the 21st of April 2017 the very first episode of the Richter Scale aired on Mushroom FM.
One Year on, a lot has changed. But a lot has stayed the same as well, including the fact that every week we have a great chat while listening to some of the Greatest Rock of the 60's, 70's and 80's.
