Who! What! When! Where! Why!

Who: Steve Cutway
What: The Early Years
When: Sunday evening at 6 Eastern and Wednesday morning at 7 Eastern
Where: Mushroom FM
Why: Because the music from the 1950s and 1960s is the best music there is and it gets short shrift on terrestrial radio; but not on Mushroom FM.
The above is 279 characters so would fit the new Twitter limit. But as I point out on tonight's show, I'm not on Twitter.

Fats Domino part 2 this week on The Juke In The Back

The Juke In The Back” focuses on the “soul that came before rock n’ roll,” the records that inspired Elvis, Buddy Holly, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and countless others.
The Juke In The Back is proud to feature Fats Domino, who passed away on October 24th at the age of 89. He was one of the most influential and popular recording stars of both Rhythm & Blues and Rock n Roll music. Fats streak of hit records was nearly unbroken from 1950-1963 and he did it without changing his core sound. He just kept on playin the New Orleans boogie woogie music that he grew up with.

The best 50s and 60s music anywhere on The Early Years

When Jonathan says "goodbye" for another week at 6 PM Eastern on Sunday, don't touch that device and stay tuned for The Early Years on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys. Enjoy a wide variety of music from the 50s and 60s including the pre-rock era from 1951-55.
I have a couple of version comparisons that I think you'll find interesting, particularly their chart action (or not) in North America and the UK. You may be surprised.
