In “Food for Thought” you will learn about a healthy recipe for shepherd’s pie, a wintertime favourite in the UK and the commonwealth. So cozy up to the computer with the ac or heat pump blasting and enjoy two hours of your life you won’t regret.

Join Me for a Special Bonair

Join me for a special Bonair “Remembering Hazel” Saturday 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. EST here on mushroomfm.com and in all your fav music aps. It’s been a tough week. On Wednesday, one of my favourite cousins, Hazel Richardson, passed away after a short but brave battle with cancer. We honour those we have lost in many mediums--a poem, a song, quiet meditation in a meadow or on a mountain. There will be a memorial service, but I chose to remember and celebrate her life by playing some of her favourite music, and sharing my memories of this wonderful lady on my show.

It's a red, white, and blue Bonair

It’s a red, white, and blue Bonair—Saturday 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. here on mushroomfm.com and in all your favourite music apps. So grab a cold one, and join this expat for two hours of great music and musing. If you’d like to contact the show, email bonnieatmushroomfm.com or tweet @bonniemosen.

Float Like a Butterfly, Sting like a bee! This week's Bonair remembers Muhammad Ali

Float like a butterfly sting like a bee, on this week’s Bonair, we remember Muhammad Ali! Saturday night, the time is right, on mushroomfm.com and in all your fav music apps 6:00 – 8:00 it’ll be great. We’ll take your requests from the East and from the West—playing tunes to make you swoon. The songs we play honour Cassius Clay, to help you fight another day. He was Ali’s rival, but we have to eat for survival, so in “Food for Thought” we’ll take a look from George Foreman’s cookbook. So you’re in the know, here’s how to contact the show.

Lord Willin and the creek don't rise!

Lord Willin and the creek don’t rise it’s Bonair Saturday 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. EST on mushroomfm.com and in all your fav apps. This past week has been filled with rain, thunder, lightning, wind, and did I mention rain? But it’s always sunny on Bonair, so tune in for two fun filled hours of great tunes, stimulating conversation, and maybe a recipe in “Food for Thought.” Jonathan and I attended Nicola’s school play so there will be much conversation of elementary and high school drama—the theatrical kind. I love to interact with listeners, so don’t be shy!

It's the Between Races Bonair

Stevie Wonder celebrated a birthday on Friday May 13, so we will be sure to play some Stevie including Superstition.
