It's hard to believe, but it was 45 years ago today

45 years ago today, December 8, 1980, John Lennon died, the victim of an appalling assassination that shocked and stopped the world.

On the Mosen Explosion today at 9 AM and 9 PM US Eastern time, we remember John by taking a stroll through the Beatles' catalog, largely in chronological order. We'll hear John evolution as a songwriter and musician, and we choose to remember him by celebrating the incredible legacy he left behind.
