Well, as the title says, there's a UFO on this week's edition of Damo's All Day Breakfast, but not of the type you might expect. this week on the show I'm demonstrating the UFO Cold Smoke Generator from Universal Food Oven in New Zealand, and using it to cold smoke some cheese. I'll also update you on what's been going on over the last 4 weeks while I've been away, and we'll talk about Smart smoke detectors, the smart home addition you possibly have never thought about.
