It's a miscellany this week on The Early Years!

Affter you've enjoyed Mosen At Large, Mushroom FM's premier tech magazine and opinion show, tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00, during which I hope all your questions get answered and all your opinions get aired, don't touch that dial, device, PC, Mac or smart speaker and join me in The Early Years where and when you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
No nods to other decades or genres this week but a variety of things.
The show will begin with a musical political commentary from Chicago (the band and the city) and from me.
Most US states and Canadian provinces turn back our clocks at 2 AM local time Sunday morning. One song will acknowledge that followed by a second song by the same group, just because I like them and it.
We lost another artist Oct. 23, the great but underrated Jerry Jeff Walker. I'll pay tribute to him with three versions of his best known song and his only other charting song on Billboard.
Two requests expanded into artist twin spins will complete hour 1.
Tomorrow is Halloween and I will devote the entire second hour to songs appropriate to the occasion.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows.
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, tomorrow afternoon at 05:00 for a variety of the best music from 1956 to 1979, after Mosen At Large and before Dan Sweeney's One Hit Wonders. The show replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM after Deep Dive with Graeme Innes and before Anthony Unleashed, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
