Sara Hillis here to tell you about a very special edition of Come by the Hills coming up tonight. It's an annual tradition on Mushroom FM's premier Folk and Celtic music show to do an episode featuring the incredible musical legacy of Canadian musician and song-writer Stan Rogers, and again, the time has come! Join me live tonight at 8:00 PM Eastern for an all new show and feel free to request your favourite Stan Rogers music.
This week we enjoy Buddy Holly, and hear about the day the music died, when he and others were killed in a tragic plane crash.
We'll share music and memories on Deep Dive.
Tune in on Monday at 4 PM Eastern, 6 AM Tuesday in eastern Australia. Or on Wednesday at 6 AM Eastern, 8 PM in eastern Australia.

And affter you've enjoyed The Mosen Explosion tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00 PM, don't touch that dial and join me in The Early Years where you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
Five decades are represented musically this week as I continue the theme that I called "Nancy's Theme" last week because my wife of 49 years, Nancy, suggested it and did a good deal of the research. If you were with me last week, you know what it is, songs about days of the week.
Another week has rapidly rolled around and it’s nearly time for another Mosen Explosion on Mushroom FM.
This week, I’ll be making an announcement about my future on Mushroom FM. No, I’m not going anywhere, but things are going to be a bit different shortly. I’ll explain what and why.
Hi,
Well after last week's interview with Ranger Nick the camp oven cooking guru, I promised I'd make his chocolate pudding recipe during the week, and make it I did. It turned out so well, that I'd like to share the recipe with you on this week's show.
As always there's a great mix of music and chat, and I always look forward to hearing from you. If you'd like to get in touch during the show, email damo@mushroomfm.com or tweet @damoonair using the #mushroomfm hashtag.
