Clocks going back in our official time zone this weekend

Mushroom FM keeps North American Eastern time, where clocks are falling back on Sunday morning. If your clocks are also falling back this weekend, there will be no change for you in terms of when Mushroom FM and Mushroom Escape programmes are on.

If you are in the UK and Europe where clocks fell back last weekend, the time change this weekend will restore the usual time difference.

In Australia, New Zealand and other countries that have put their clocks forward, it means that Mushroom FM and Mushroom Escape programmes will start yet another hour later.
