This week on The Mosen Explosion, how you could win $25,000

Well that got your attention now didn’t it? And rightly so. It’s that time of year again when the San Francisco Lighthouse is calling for applications for its Holman Prize for blind ambition. Any blind person throughout the world can apply and you could be awarded up to $25,000. I’ll be joined on The Mosen Explosion this week by Lee Kumutat, the San Francisco Lighthouse’s new Director of Communications to tell us all about the prize, what kind of entries float the boats of judges, and how you can apply.

iOS 13.4 is in beta, and there are actually a few substantial new features you may like. I’ll take you through them.

I thought it would be fun to talk about ring tones and text tones. It seems to me that personalising your ring and text tones can tell people a lot about your personality. Yet so often I hear the same boring old tones that the manufacturer includes. I make my own ring and text tomes. Do you? If not, do you buy them? What tones have you assigned to the important people in your life and why?
Bonnie will be here with another splendiferous bulletin, there’s plenty of other tech news and bits and pieces in the mix, and of course I’ll be playing a great selection of the best music ever made.

I very much hope to have the pleasure of your company for another informative, educational, entertaining Mosen Explosion. The show airs live at 2 PM US Eastern time on Saturdays, that’s 7 PM in the UK, Sunday morning at 8 AM in New Zealand, only on Mushroom FM.
