There are times in life when something so impactful happens, you know you’ll always remember exactly where you were and what you were doing. Listening to what I thought was a routine interview with Sir Paul McCartney about Beatles memories, only to have him casually mention that there’s a new Beatles single coming out this year, is one such moment for me.

On the next Mosen Explosion at 2 AM and PM Eastern, 7 AM and PM in the UK, I’ll be talking extensively about what we know, what we suspect, the technology being used to create this new Beatles music, and you’ll hear the John cassette on which I believe this song will be based. I will, of course, also talk about whether it’s wise for the Beatles to be doing this at all.
