A Very Special Encore Presentation, this Week on Come by the Hills!

Hello, hello, and for everyone celebrating Pascha (Orthodox Easter,) Christ is risen! Sara Hillis here to tell you about a very special encore presentation of Come by the Hills airing this week. On the surface, it would seem that this particular show might be best forgotten, as it took place in March of this year when our server was down due to circumstances beyond our control. But for me, it's a very special show, because it helped to reinforce the feeling of community which is an integral part of Mushroom FM's reason for being. For more than two hours as you'll hear, I was broadcasting live in the faint hope that the server might come back up before the end of my show. When it finally did, I was amazed to see tweets and emails from listeners who had stayed with me even when they were not hearing me. When I got those messages of support and encouragement, I felt even more blessed and grateful than I usually do to be a part of such a wonderful community which we have built over the past several years. This of course included our fearless leader Jonathan Mosen who stayed with me through all my frantic questions and concerns even though he was in the middle of a work day. You guys are awesome, and I wanted to memorialize that.

So, enjoy the encore presentation which for many of you might not be an encore at all. It's the show that almost wasn't!

Also, for those of you on Clubhouse, I'll be hosting another "Come by the Hills" hangout where we can chat and have some fun. AT present, I have no way to broadcast the show's feed into the Clubhouse room, but it's really fun to just get together and talk!
