More Great Celtic Music this Week on Come By The Hills!
Yes, I'm back yet again this Sunday with another three hours of the best in Celtic music from around the world. There's no particular theme this week. There's just awesome music as usual.
We'll be playing a couple of Middle Earth-inspired picks to celebrate the fact that March 25 is the date on which the dark lord Sauron fell in Tolkien's masterpiece The Lord of the Rings, and our "Celtic Cover" isn't really a cover as such, but it features two songs which have distinctively similar music but which are about two very different occupations. I'll also be playing a bit of "Me Music" from my album called "In Ten Thousand Places: Where Hillis Meets Hopkins," and this time, I'll actually remember to tell you where to get it! And, don't forget "Fiddlin' Around!" We're going to have a couple of amazing sets by the Canadian Celtic band Coig! If you haven't heard this group, I promise you'll be impressed!
So, if it's Celtic music you're looking for, then join me for Come By The Hills on Sunday at 8:00 PM Eastern, with a replay on Friday at 4:00 AM Eastern, 9:00 AM (Yes, the time difference will finally be back to normal this Friday) in the UK and Ireland!
