Remembering Elvis on what would have been his 110th birthday

When you hear the dying strains of Van Halen's Happy Trails signalling the end of The Mosen Explosion from the future, don't touch your PC, your device or your internet radio and join me in The Early Years on Mushroom FM.
Hello, I'm Steve Cutway and my musical focus is the 1950s and 1960s.
Elvis Presley was born Jan. 8, 1935, 110 years ago last Sunday (we're still in 2045, aren't we?) Few artists before or since have had the impact that he had on the first two decades of rock, which by now feels like ancient history.
Last week, I played many of Elvis's top songs from the 1950s along with some of my favourites. This week, in the second of two programmes, I'll play many of his top songs from the 1960s and I'll throw in some of my favourites as well. It's hard to believe that some of these songs are more than 80 years old and that at 96, I can still broadcast. Or is this a dream?
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, Sunday at 6 PM Eastern, immediately following the Mosen Explosion, with an encore presentation Wednesday morning at 7 AM Eastern, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
The King is dead! Long live the King!
