Movie 1: Octopussy (1983)

Octopussy (1983) is the thirteenth film in the James Bond series and the sixth to star Roger Moore as the famous British secret agent. The story begins
when a British agent is murdered while carrying a counterfeit Fabergé egg, prompting Bond to investigate an international smuggling operation.
His mission leads him across Europe and India, where he encounters Octopussy, a wealthy and mysterious businesswoman who leads a travelling circus and
oversees a network of skilled female operatives. As Bond digs deeper, he uncovers a dangerous plot involving a rogue Soviet general who intends to trigger
a nuclear explosion on a United States Air Force base in West Germany, hoping to weaken NATO and alter the balance of power in Europe.
Directed by John Glen, the film combines espionage, action, exotic locations, and humour in classic Bond fashion. Featuring thrilling stunts, memorable
villains, and an international adventure, Octopussy remains one of the most distinctive entries in the long-running franchise.

John Robie, a retired jewel thief known as “The Cat”, who has left his criminal past behind and is living a quiet life in southern France.
When a series of high-profile jewellery thefts are carried out using methods identical to his own, Robie becomes the prime suspect. Determined to clear
his name, he sets out to find the real culprit before the authorities can arrest him. Along the way, he meets the wealthy and sophisticated Frances Stevens,
whose charm and suspicion create both romantic tension and further complications.
Directed with Hitchcock’s trademark style and suspense, the film combines mystery, glamour, romance, and breathtaking scenery. Featuring strong performances
from Cary Grant and Grace Kelly, To Catch a Thief remains one of Hitchcock’s most elegant and entertaining classics.
