What to Know for Tomorrow's Countdown

Finally! WE are only hours away from the 2025 edition of the Mushroom fM Holiday Countdown! The people have chosen and now the fun is about to begin!

To find out where you're virtually sitting for the event, you can chek the seating plan page, which will go live at midnight Eastern time. This is where you can also check your table's cracker score. What's a cracker score? Well, you win crackers (the party favour, not the food) for your table by participating socially either by emailing the Fun Guy on air or by posting on Mastodon. You might win crackers if you bring some interesting virtual food or drink to the party, or the Fun Guy on air might ask a question which you can answer. Then, of course, there are all the corny jokes which are typically found inside of Christmas Crackers! The point is participation, and it's what makes events like this work so well. Obviously, polite and respectful participation is a must; this is a party after all. Also, if you use Mastodon, please use the #MushroomFM hashtag as it will help us keep up with the conversation and will allow those who don't want to see Countdown-related posts and who have the ability to filter it out of their timelines.
