Movie 1, A Season for Miracles
A Season for Miracles is a 1999 American made-for-television Christmas drama film based on a novel of the same name by Marilyn Pappano.
Directed by Michael Pressman, it originally aired as a Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation on CBS on 12 December 1999.
Emilie Thompson is forced to take charge of her nephew J.T. and niece Alanna when their drug-addicted mother overdoses and the children are threatened with foster care.
Fleeing the authorities, the trio come across the sleepy town of Bethlehem, just before Christmas.
Even though the authorities have been temporarily left behind, Emilie will need a miracle to keep her family together.

Movie 2, Krampus
Krampus is a 2015 Christmas black comedy folk horror film based on the eponymous character from Austro-Bavarian folklore, directed by Michael Dougherty, who co-wrote with Todd Casey and Zach Shields.
In the film, a dysfunctional family squabbling causes a young boy (Max) to lose his festive spirit.
Doing so unleashes the wrath of Krampus, a fearsome, horned demonic beast in ancient European folklore who punishes naughty children at Christmas time.
As Krampus lays siege to the neighbourhood, the family must band together to save one another from a monstrous fate.
The concept for Krampus began in 2011, when Dougherty was planning to make a Christmas -themed horror film, with him and Shields writing the screenplay.
Production on the film began in 2014, with Dougherty directing and writing a new screenplay with Shields and Casey.
The casting call began from November 2014 to March 2015.
Principal photography on the film began on 12 March and wrapped in May 2015.
Creature effects were made by Weta Workshop.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special is an American television special written and directed by James Gunn based on Marvel Comics featuring the superhero team Guardians of the Galaxy.
The special was produced by Marvel Studios and follows the Guardians of the Galaxy as they celebrate Christmas and search for a present for their leader, Peter Quill.
The special received positive reviews from critics for its humour, Gunn's direction, and the cast's performances.
It received multiple award nominations, including wins at the Children's and Family Emmy Awards.
