Hi All.

It's nice to be back after all the excitement of the honeymoon. Thanks to Sarah for filling in while I was off getting married.

this week on the show, apart from the post-wedding debrief, I'm joined by my good mate Steve Sparrow to chat about, and play some songs from his new album entitled Now and Forever.

We've played a few songs on the show already as a sneak preview but now that the album is available we thought it would be good to catch up with Steve and hear some of the stories behind the songs on the album.
