The Return of Come by the Hills and Sara Smiles!

Hello! After several weeks on hiatus, I am happy to announce the return of both Come by the Hills, to Folk and Celtic music show, and Sara Smiles to Mushroom FM. Come by the Hills will be resuming this coming Saturday, January 28, with a Robby Burns special as well as a listener tribute, and Sara Smiles will be back beginning on January 30. Both shows will be at their usual times.

I'd like to thank everyone who has written with their kind messages of condolences and commiseration following the death of my father on January 3. I am grateful for all the support you have shown me, and I am looking forward to being back behind the microphone once again.

As well as presenting songs and poetry by Robby Burns this week on Come by the Hills, I wish to acknowledge a listener, Sam Troya, who sadly has also passed. Steve Cutway paid tribute to him last week, and I shall do so as well. He was always ready with a suggestion or a request, and he was a great supporter of Mushroom FM and its programming for several years. I will certainly miss his emails, as he became one of the model listeners around whose likes and interests I often built my shows. Sam was a Hillsian to the core!
