It's the Annual Stan Rogers Celebration, this Week on Come by the Hills!

Yes, it's that time again on Mushroom FM's Folk and Celtic music show, when we devote the whole three hours to the life and music of Stan Rogers, an amazing musician from Canada whose music is known around the world. We'll explore various themes in the music and even share some dramatic collaborations between Rogers and CBC Radio. We do this in June every year, because it was in June that Stan tragically died in a plane accident on his way home from a United States folk festival at the age of thirty-three. So, whether you're a lifelong Stan fan, or whether you've never heard his music before, I hope you'll enjoy this annual tradition here on Come by the Hills!
