Australia Day Lamb on Damo's All Day Breakfast.

On Tuesday January 26 I along with most Australians celebrated Australia Day, and as tradition dictates we fired up the Barbecue since that's what we do around here. On this occasion though, I cooked a butterflied leg of lamb with Greek style lemon and herb potatoes. Even if you don't have a barbecue, you can adapt this recipe so that you can do it in the oven. Make sure you tune in at 4 PM to find out how it is done. As always there will also be a great mix of music and friendly chat and plenty of opportunity for you to join in the discussion.
