The top 100 of 1960 begins this week on The Early Years!

Affter you've enjoyed Mushroom FM's tech magazine show, Mosen At Large, tomorrow afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00, during which I hope all your tech questions get answered, don't touch that dial, device, PC or Mac and join me in The Early Years where and when you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
No other decades or genres this week as it's all music from three years: 1960, 1967 and 1971; and all but two songs are from 1960 because after I pay tribute with two songs to another artist we lost this week at the young age of 70, Emitt Rhodes, I'll begin my countdown of the top 100 songs of 1960, 60 years ago! which is hard for me to fathom. You'll hear the bottom 30 songs on the chart for the year from #100 to #71 and there are some memorable and some not so memorable songs. But they're what made the grade in 1960.
You can contact me any time by email at steve at mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows, particularly for the theme I'm developing that I told you about during last week's show, songs about girls.
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, tomorrow afternoon at 05:00 for my tribute to Emitt Rhodes and the top 100 of 1960 from #100 to #71, after Mosen At Large and before Dan Sweeney's One Hit Wonders. The show replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM after Deep Dive with Graeme Innes and before Anthony Unleashed, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
