No Early Years replay this week

The Early Years, heard originally at 05:00 PM Saturday afternoon, after The Mosen Explosion, normally replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM. Last weekend was Mushroom FM's 10th birthday and I celebrated it on The Early Years. But the main event, Mushroomstock 2020, took place Sunday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM thus pre-empting The Lost Lennon Tapes and Juke In The Back, meaning that listeners in the North American Eastern Time Zone and points west (except perhaps Hawaii) wouldn't hear them, unless their night owls. So they're running in the Early Years replay time slot this week only.
As I said on The Early Years on Saturday, The Lost Lennon tapes is a continuing series that has been running for more than a year and we're at part 77 this week. The Juke In The Back has been running for almost 4 years on Mushroom FM, but like Mushroom FM, The "Juke In The Back" celebrates 10 years on the air with this special 10th anniversary program, featuring records that have never been played on any previous "Juke" shows. Matt The Cat loads the ol' Rockola Jukebox with stacks o' shellac of the rare and groovy variety to mark this special occasion. There are even some surprise guests on the program as we get a taste of some quality jump blues, honkin' instrumentals, smooth vocal groups, spectacular ladies and down home blues. Matt plays a few records that didn't make it on to recent programs due to time constraints as well as other discs by artists that haven't been covered on any previous programs. So get ready to jump n' jive to the rhythm as we celebrate 10 years of hanging out in the back of Rosie's Juke Joint, diggin' the sounds coming from the Juke In The Back.
