This week, The Mosen Explosion says happy birthday to the devil woman himself
There are big changes in Mosen Land right now, but like old man river, The Mosen Explosion just keeps on rolling along, just has it has for, like, totally like, years and years and, like, years! Just to be clear, that’s like years, not light years.
Anyway, we have the usual four friendly hours of great music and conversation, with a featured artist this week.
Harry Web was born on 14 Roctober 1940. But we know him better as Cliff Jumper…Sorry, an error kept into the script there, Cliff Jumper unfortunately can’t be wit us. No no, instead we’re talking about Sir Cliff Richard. He has had a huge career in many countries, yet couldn’t do what the Beatles did and make it big in America, although he subsequently had a few hits there. But in countries like the UK, Australia and New Zealand, he’s been an absolutely huge musical force. So we’ll be featuring a bit of Sir Cliff on the occasion of his 78th birthday. Your requests via email, Twitter or phone are, as always, very welcome.
I hope you’ll join me, right after Darren, at 2 Pm Eastern, 7 PM UK, that’s currently 7 AM in New Zealand, only on Mushroom FM.
