this week's nocturnal dreams
Hello.
On Monday, February 6, the broadcast is moving to a new time, 10 PM until 1 AM eastern.
In this first show in the new timeslot, I will feature an array of obscure compositions by some composers you've probably heard of and some you may not be familiar with.
I will be playing a Flute Sonata In B Minor by Handel, an extensive organ work by Olivier Messiaen entitled Les Corps glorieux, a concerto by Aaron Copland, a string quartet by Villa-Lobos, a symphonic poem by Nikolai Myaskovsky and some pieces by the Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet who play a lot of Baroque music.
I hope you'll join me for an ecclectic edition of the show and thanks for listening.
