Let it be, new Sonos gear, and a generally big week for tech. It's The Mosen Explosion

Another Mosen Explosion is fast approaching on Mushroom FM, and with it, the end of a long-running series. Back in 2013 on the show, we began celebrating the 50th anniversaries of the official Beatles album releases. This weekend, it’s the 50th anniversary of the Let It Be album. Thankfully, the Beatles haven’t remixed this one. It of course received a do-over in 2003 with the Let It Be Naked album, taking out all the horrible Phil Specter over-production.

Find out whose sitting where at Fungus Field for Mushroomstock

Technicians are scrambling around Fungus Field, taping cables and testing the sound system by blasting Baker Street at incredible volume. Yes, Mushroomstoc day has finally arrived!

Before you transport yourself to Fungus Field for the first act at 8 AM Eastern time, 1 PM UK, you might like to see where members of the Mushroom Crowd are seated. Get ready, our virtual music festival, Mushroomstock 2020, is almost here, and you can still get your tickets

Thanks to everyone who joined our walk down memory lane as we celebrated our 10th birthday. But now, on with the future as our next decade begins in style!

One of our most popular events during the last 10 years has been our creation of a live music festival without the horrible conditions and the bad
food, but with some acts you thought would never perform again. Join us on 26 April at 8 AM Eastern for our longest, most ambitious Mushroomstock yet,

Join Jonathan Mosen at 2 PM Eastern, 7 PM UK on Saturday as we celebrate Mushroom FM's 10th birthday

At 2 PM Eastern US time, 7 PM in the UK on 25 April 2010, a new sound in cyberspace began broadcasting. After a week of social media build-up, very hard work and a lot of anticipation, Mushroom FM changed the game.

Since then, many talented people from around the world have entertained you, informed you, and kept you company through good times and bad. Most important of all, we’ve reached many listeners in well over 100 countries, a lot of whom have shown incredible loyalty to the station. And the best is yet to come.

Two ways we'd love you to celebrate our 10th birthday with us

It's a big weekend coming up for Mushroom FM as we turn 10. We've been working hard on special celebratory programming. Like all that we do, it's all about our Mushroom Crowd.

No Treasure Island Oldies today

Unfortunately, we have not received Treasure Island Oldies in time to air today. However, we do expect to have it available for its second airing on our birthday, Saturday 25 April at 7 AM. Do join Michael then. Today, you'll hear some great selections from our four decades of magic Mushroom memories.

Mushroom FM is celebrating a major milestone. Send in your contribution for our 10th birthday show

Next Saturday at 2 PM US Eastern time, it will be exactly 10 years ago when Mushroom FM began with its opening programme, a documentary introducing the station. At that time, we’ll be featuring a programme looking back at the last 10 years and celebrating all we’ve achieved.

During the current international crisis, even listeners who perhaps haven’t checked in with us for a while have come back to Mushroom FM and been reminded of the familiar voices and sense of community that all of us, fun guys and listeners together, have built.

This week on The Mosen Explosion, now you SE it

It’s nearly time once again for another jolly old Mosen Explosion, live from New Zealand here on Mushroom FM right after Chuck at 2 PM Eastern, 7 PM in the UK.

Join Jonathan at noon Eastern for a super-sized Smorgasbord, with funny bits

When you're smiling...when you're smiling, the whole world smiles with you. When you snore, you sleep alone.

As we know, Sara smiles. Right? Right. But Sara's having a well-deserved day off today, aw'w'w'w'w'w'w. We want to keep the smiles coming, especially in this era where any smiles are most welcome.

So I hope you'll join me, Jonathan Mosen, at noon Eastern, 5 PM UK, as I take Sara's two hours, add my own one little hour, and create a super sumptuous feast on The Smorgasbord.

Mushroom FM's 10th birthday is coming, and you're invited to a huge party

Recent events have been yet another reminder of what a precious part so many people have allowed Mushroom Fm to play in their lives. And it all began on 25 April 2010. Those 10 years have gone fast, and Mushroom FM is sounding better than ever.

What would it all be for without the Mushroom Crowd? So you're at the centre of our celebrations.
